As a matter of fact, at the moment we are focused on bringing you the next entry to the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series. S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 trailer was released at the Xbox Games Showcase just a couple of weeks ago. The announcement was a blast, and to keep you in the loop of things here are some exciting details about the event for you. Just in case you’ve missed it: Here is a short list of features that we’ve announced following the trailer release: Moving to some details now. We’ve been looking forward to your feedback and were blown away by your reaction to the trailer. The milestone of one million views was reached in a matter of hours, the announcement was picked up by all the major gaming media and our hashtag was quickly trending across the social networks. We’ve replied to thousands of messages and watched hundreds of reaction vids. This day was truly unforgettable. Your warm reception gives us the momentum we need to provide you with a new entry to the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series you are waiting for. As we see it, the most valuable element of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games is a unique atmosphere of danger and isolation. And we believe that the Zone is a key part of that. In S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 the Zone, this ecosystem full of mysteries, treasures and dangers, will be available to explore as one of the biggest post-apocalyptic open worlds to date. We are using Unreal Engine in synergy with photogrammetry and full body & face motion capture to pursue the most important goal — grant you the deepest immersion into the Zone. All kinds of stories unfold within the Zone — the plot of S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2 allows you to affect the flow of events by your choices. You will be making complicated decisions resulting in both local and global consequences. The adventure is yours — so be ready to take some responsibility for your actions. True S.T.A.L.K.E.R. fans can recall the A-Life system — a life-simulation technology that allows the Zone to live on itself. We’ve upgraded the A-Life to the 2.0 version to make the Zone even more realistic and unpredictable. This results in numerous events happening on the map even when the player is not there, making each playthrough unique. This the biggest game and the most ambitious project we’ve worked on so far. You’ve seen just a couple of minutes from it and we will make sure to keep lifting the curtain in the future. Our main goal is to provide you with a unique emotional experience — a world to get lost in for hundreds of hours, a place where stories happening are worth sharing with your friends, a universe that will inspire you for great creations. We really want you to become stalkers once again. Also, we’ve rolled out our official YouTube and Instagram, in addition to the already established communications channels.
